Considering the increased use of information technology in accounting profession, improvement in the knowledge level of the students in the field of Information Technology is perceived. The Academy has introduced training program on information technology for its students. Students are advised to undergo training after completion of their exam preparation classes and appearance in their exams. Students are encouraged to undergo training before joining the articleship.

The training components would focus on application software relevant for Accounting and Auditing. In addition, knowledge of electronic spreadsheets, database management system, web-technology and system security and maintenance are strengthened. Separate fees will be charged to the students for attending the training.
